In every community that Rumpke serves we strive to give something back. At Rumpke, we are grateful to the communities that make us successful. For every ton of trash that enters Rumpke's landfills tipping fees are paid to fund local solid waste districts, as well as state programs. In some regions, Rumpke pays host community fees back to the communities that host our landfills.

In addition to monies that are issued to local and state entities, Rumpke also donates a considerable amount of volunteer labor, money and service to various charity organizations such as the Cancer Society, Keep America Beautiful organizations, schools, universities and other organizations. Currently, Rumpke contributes to well over 5,000 non-profit groups a year; in turn the company also contributes several thousands of dollars in monetary and service donations.

Because of the extreme volume of requests that Rumpke receives, Rumpke cannot promise to grant every request.  However, we can promise that all properly submitted requests will receive our full consideration. If your favorite non-profit, 501 C3 charity is in need of a Rumpke corporate contribution please follow the procedure outlined below.

Service Requests
Rumpke prides itself on making a diligent effort to cooperate with non-profit organizations to offer assistance whenever possible. To request a service donation please write a letter and mail it to the Rumpke representative and office located near your organization or event (see the list of contacts below).

Waste Service or Containers
Throughout the year, Rumpke assists several groups with cleaning up. This time around we may be able to help your organization!

To ensure that your request receives proper consideration, please create a letter containing the following details:

• The name of the organization or event
• The organization's address 
• A contact name and number
• The organization's Federal Tax ID Number
• Details about the organization or event
• Please indicate which products you will need (two to 40 yard containers are available, as well as recycling drop boxes and cardboard waste or recycling containers).
• Please indicate where (provide a complete address) and when the products (someone should be on site at delivery) should be delivered as well as when and where they should be picked up.
• Please include any promotions or advertising that Rumpke will receive as compensation for the contribution.
• Please send your request to the Rumpke Representative listed in your region.

Portable Restrooms
Believe it or not, there is such a thing as portable restroom season. For Rumpke's Bear Necessity division that season sprawls from March through October. Construction sites, festivals and other outdoor events require our restrooms. While we make every attempt to give something back to each of the communities that we serve, this busy portable restroom season makes it nearly impossible to donate restroom and extra manpower for free.

Therefore, in most instances Rumpke does not provide complete portable restroom donations. No matter what, we still have to pay employees to service each and every account whether it is a paying account or a donated one. Although, your restroom might not be completely free you can be certain that Rumpke will most always offer extreme discounts to all non-profit organizations.

• The organization's address 
• A contact name and number
• The organization's Federal Tax ID Number
• Details about the organization or event
• Please indicate which products you will need (regular restrooms, handicap, hand washing units).
• Please indicate where (provide a complete address) and when the products (someone should be on site at delivery) should be delivered and when and where they should be picked up.
• Please include any promotions or advertising that Rumpke will receive as compensation for the contribution.
• Please send your request to the Rumpke Representative listed in your region.
