Each compactor is equipped with programmable controllers that allow for easy adjustment of operation and are virtually maintenance free. Strong stress points and greater compaction force are featured on all our equipment. The ram tops, made of ½-inch plate steel, will not warp or wave from weight loaded into the compactors. The ¾-inch ram bottoms and compactor floors are constructed from wear-resistant plate steel. The 8-inch-by-8-inch-by-1-inch breaker bars, reinforced with 1-inch flat bars are used to withstand a high-force pinch point area.

R-200   This heavy-duty compactor is designed and built primarily as a rental unit, where a longer useful life and lower maintenance cost is a primary concern. R-200s are common units at department stores, discount stores or to hold large quantities of recyclables.  Click here to see an image.

R-300   This high-quality compactor is built to perform in the industrial environment. It is designed with a large clear-top opening, reinforced charge box and 30 tons of compacting force. RSC-30   This compactor is designed liquid tight to service supermarkets, restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls and food-processing facilities. This self-contained equipment helps control both insects and odors and avoids messy separation from the compactor or pinning off of compacted trash. We disconnect the power unit and remove the container, allowing the waste area to remain clean and sanitary. It can easily be fed from the ground or at dock level.
